TruxCel Academy provides CDL study support, career orientation, driver-resource information, and links to official sources. The website and app do not provide legal, tax, medical, safety, employment, school-admission, insurance, or regulatory advice.
CDL, endorsement, ELDT, Hazmat, Hours of Service, IFTA, IRP, medical certification, tax, and state licensing requirements can change and can depend on your location, employer, operation type, vehicle, cargo, and personal circumstances. Verify requirements with official agencies or qualified professionals.
No government affiliation
TruxCel Academy is not a government agency, DMV, FMCSA, TSA, PHMSA, IRS, IFTA, IRP, state licensing agency, school, motor carrier, medical provider, or compliance consultant. Official links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
- Do not misuse the website or app, disrupt services, probe security, scrape at abusive levels, bypass usage limits, submit unlawful content, or use AI features for deceptive, harmful, unsafe, or non-CDL purposes.
- Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use or that contains sensitive third-party information unless you have permission.
Aria and AI features
Aria is a study assistant. AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it. TruxCel may limit, suspend, review, or remove AI usage that appears abusive, unsafe, or outside the intended CDL study purpose.
Paid features
Free, Pro, and Ultra tiers are planned, but final pricing, subscription terms, usage caps, billing timing, refund handling, and renewal language are not final until approved. If digital app features are sold through the Android app distributed on Google Play, the implementation and user-facing terms must align with Google Play's payments policies.
Intellectual property
The TruxCel name, branding, website design, app design, text, graphics, practice content, software, and other materials are owned by TruxCel Academy or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from TruxCel materials except as allowed by law or written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and app are provided as is and as available. TruxCel does not guarantee that content is complete, current, error-free, available without interruption, or suitable for your specific situation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TruxCel is not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the website, app, content, AI responses, or third-party links.
