Use the in-app deletion path when possible
If you can access your TruxCel account, use the in-app account deletion screen. This is the preferred path because it verifies the account owner before creating the request.
- Open the TruxCel app.
- Sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Choose Delete Account and submit the request.
Request deletion from the website
If you cannot access the app, email support@truxcelacademy.com with the subject "TruxCel account deletion request." Include the email address tied to the account and any detail needed to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, license numbers, medical documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What deletion covers
- Account/profile data and CDL preferences tied to the account.
- Practice, exam, progress, answer history, bookmarks, and resource history tied to the account.
- Aria conversations, AI usage records, voice-session records, and user-owned assistant attachments tied to the account.
- Open support, account deletion, or AI report records where deletion is legally and operationally appropriate.
What may be retained
TruxCel may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, support history, transaction records, backup integrity, or to honor the deletion request. Retained records should be minimized and handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Timing
TruxCel will review deletion requests after verifying account ownership. Some records may take additional time to remove from backups, logs, or provider systems, and limited records may be retained where allowed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, support history, or transaction records.
